Anyone have any suggestions as to how I could lose weight around my thighs and build up muscle on my lower legs? Aged 15, 5ft3~ 103lbs

Don't worry about losing weight, you are already classed as underweight. Insted focus on toning. Use squats and lunges to tone your upper legs and calf raises to tone your lower legs.

It's just on my thighs, not my body weight cause yeah I know I am, thanks though!:)
