Hey i'm new here! I'm a teenager, and I want to build muscles! I'm actually already quite 'healthy', and I'm playing on the school soccer team.

But my upper body, I think I need to strength it! What should I start with?

Pushups, and if you have acess to a bar and weights, backsquats. Burpees are killer but they help so much and you can get results very quickly wih them! Hope this helps!

Lots and lots of burpees they're work really good. I would think mountain climbers would help and the russian twist, pushups, and more burpees :-) Good luck !

Try push-ups and pull ups. Workout your arms one day a week and don't lift heavy weights or you could stunt your growth.

I wouldn't say i'm an expert but here's my advice:

1)diet balanced thats important
2)workouts:
Push ups-15
Tricep dips-20
Squats-15
Mountain climbers-30 seconds
Burpees-10-15

Repeat 3-4 times and 30-45 second rest hope this helps (i'm 15 and this is one of my workout routines, results will ce just give it time)
