Im 14 and im 5'3 and 162 lbs . I need help dieting and excersising .
Don't over think it. Most people who succeed at losing weight and keeping it off do so because of perseverance, not because of a magical weight loss secret. Replace processed and fatty foods with fruits, veggies, and lean meats. As far as exercise goes, just find something you like and do it a lot. More technical advice is do some form of cardio and mix in some light weight lifting and circuit training. Playing a sport is an excellent way to get in a solid workout while having a lot of fun.
