I'm 17 and just had a baby 2 months ago. I need to know some exercises that will help tighten and tone my stomach back to how it was before I pregnant. Also is there anything that will help with stretch marks.

Abdominal exercises definately. Vitamin E and Any lotion really, it doesnt have to be cocoa butter in particular as long as it keeps your skin soft and moisturized all day. You should wear something that in spanish is called a "Faja" to pretty much help keep your abdominal area together and it helps alot woth tightening and weight loss so you can wear it all day until youve lost all the weight and get your stomach back to normal. But i do recommend doing full body workouts to tone and tighten everything else again too.

Crunches, planks, and twists help with tightening and vitamin e and cocoa butter helps with stretch marks.
