Help I need to bulk up

I'm 14, and I want to gain muscles especially on my abdominals, chest, and arms. What should I start with? My height is about 169-170 cm and I weight 57 kilograms. Is it ideal?!

Eat more carbs (Bread) Eat more protein (Meat) walk, don't run avoid cardio workouts lift weight so heavy that you can physically only do 10 reps. Always workout with weights so no press ups just bench presses

Go to bodybuilding .com for the basics if u dnt knw anything bout weighttraining thts where Id start...they have all th tools instructions free trainers and programs u can email professionals with questions they email back...its a good starting point...
