Hi, I'm 14. These days, after workouts (simple one, <15 minutes), I often feel dizzy. What is wrong? Should I workout in an air-conditioned place? I thought it's unhealthy?

I learned this from insanity and he mentions it on there. When you do your cool down stretches. put your chin to your chest and slowly roll up after your last stretch.

Also, I'm having a terrible technique of breathing. It's very short, so I'm easily exhausted. I dont have asthma though.

How to improve my breathing technique?

For your dizzyness problem, you're probably concentrating too much and causing stress in your head so just stay relaxed when working out. For breathing, take deep short breaths and maybe you're breathing like that because you aren't pacing so pace what you're doing either exercise or sport

I actually play soccer, a lot. I've been in so much tournaments, but my stamina is definitely my problem. Because I don't have a good technique of breathing, I can't control my stamina and I easily go down(too exhausted).

Do some yoga classes or ask a trainer to help you with your breathing technique.  You prob hold your breath a lot which is quite common.
