What are the best post - workout meals ?? Ps:must be easy

me personally i either have a protein shake with a scoop or two of oatmeal or some type of protein & a carb brown rice or sweet potatoe

Protien shake withen first 10 minutes after workouts and 30 -45 min later meal consisting of lean protien such as chicken or fish sweet potato or brown rice and vegtables
