I used to box to get fit till 7 months ago when I stretched the ligaments in my right wrist. Up till now, i still haven't fully recovered but its better before. Ive lost 2 stone during this period and my muscle is regressing into fat. What should I do?

Maybe become a runner or do cross training if its possible
