EAT CLEAN! it's 80% in food and 20% in workoits, so no sugar, low carbs and less fats....thats tough but one week is short!

Squats are your best friend! There is a 100 squat challenge on fitness blenders youtube channel, do that about three times and do Pilates the other days.
