Not one weight goal in particular but more of a look. Still I want to loose at least 20.
I'm aiming for in between 95 and 100. So trying to lose 15 pounds.
Honestly i dont know! Ive been overwieght most of my life! My goal is to get under 200. I havent seen that since i was 12 Im going to keep going til i am satisfied with my body :)
Even though people always say I look fine now at 200 my body structure is not meant to carry that weight. In actuality 180 of lean muscle is where I know I felt best.
Im 4 foot 10in @124lb. My dream weight is 105 but I'll be happy at 110. Id like to reach my goal in 6 weeks...possible??

Although i'm perfectly good in BMI. I wanna lose a just a few pounds and get in shape.
My goal is to go from 120-130. Which is equally hard to do as lose weight it you want to do it healthy. My scale hasn't really budged in two months, but I'm more focused on the visual progress I'm seeing. The scale is just a number.
Im worried im starting to go underweight. I am down to 50kg now and just need to watch my diet because I undereat a lot! (not purposely btw) so my goal is to just make sure I dont go under 50kg!
Also I wanna keep toned :)

I m 55 kg right now.. My height is 5'7 n I wanna b 48 kg.
Im 55 kg wanting the other 5 kgs to be muscle. Soon itl happen
