I would love to be a little thinner and more fit and toned. Any recommended excercises?

here is so many exercise for lose fat , but you have to be stick with us and do workout as per your choice , slowly you will see results , be with skimble community

Martial arts like kick boxing or tae boe will help you a lot. You will find plenty on YouTube
