Hello, im 15 years old, female, i was hopeing if i could get advice on how to gain a little weight then turn it into muscle:)
I have been doing some workouts on here, but not mutch of a difference:\, also i would love to hear some recommended excersises!
I just want to start being healthy and such:)
You cannot turn fat into muscle. Muscle takes a little longer to notice "weight" gain so if you eat enough and work hard you can gain muscle weight. It may take months though.
