Excessive eating ?!?

So not sure why or how hard I try, I just can't stop myself from eating unecessary food and snacks. Does any one have suggestions? Oh gosh I sound so pathetic !

Drink more water! If you're still hungry 20 minutes after you've eaten a substantial meal it just means your body is dehydrated and you need to drink more water. If you're not dehydrated and you just like to eat for the fun of eating (I get that.. Food is pretty bomb) then you really just need to work on your will power.. Think about the food all you want but don't let your body physically get up and get the food. Sit back down lol you'll regret it later. Or go workout. Go read. Distract yourself. Make some tea.. Drink some coffee (it suppresses appetite.. But don't put creams and sugar in it)
