I just cant figure out what exercises are best to me to have a sculptured but and thin legs ?! Any feedbak plz?
Add lunges to the last two posts and that should do it.
You dont get 'thin' legs by working the leggs
Squats; classic and easy, but very funcionals
It can be better if you go to run ;)
Those are two of my favorite workouts for that area
I do squats(every variation) ... I do lots of leg lifts ... Laying on my side I do circles and clams ... I do kick backs and glute circles
I focus on my abdomen to my knees if that isn't sore when I'm done I do more
Do squats of all kinds for your glute area! Of you want thin legs don't train your legs sweety. Try sprint training and such for thin legs. Best way to go is to look it up!
Squats, squat jumps, lunges, running, leg pulses (ouch), wall sits, leg lifts.... lol so many but good luck hunne :')
Long distance running. Just an idea but maybe try running uphill too. It's cardio so will burn fat and make you skinnier - but running uphill will target your bum muscles more and possibly 'sculpt' as you say. Do lift weight though, as others are recommending - squats are great at sculpting the perfect ass.

You have to do a combination of long dostance running for skinny legs and squats and deadlifts for a scuplted ass. If you just do squats alone, your legs will gain a bit a size, and be the lean, skinny you Im thinking you want
