So I'm thinking about cheering again next year but i lost all my flexibility any. Workouts to help me w/ things like doing jumps

I know it may sound like a broken record but stretching everything is key. Im a cheerleader to and stretching everything has made my jumps better. Also work on your core and leg strength, this will help get your jumps higher and better
