I like hitting dumbbell press on an inclined bench.. sets of 12/10/8/6 going up 10 to 20 lbs. every set with pushups until failure (as many as you can) in between sets. I also posted a picture explaining a bad ass chest workouts for width and thickness give it a try.
Reverse grip bench press. Takes a lot of the work out of your shoulders and focuses on your pectorals
