Abs help

Ive been training my abs about 9 months now doing cardio and abs exercises. I've got abs but not deep valleys/ridges. Wat ta do?

Abbs are almost the same as any other muscles. They will grow by veing put under progressive overload and time under tension. But as the calves and some others the abbs are designed to be used alot. So just increasing time under tension wont solve all your abbs problems. What this means is find way to put a progressive overload on your core. Slowly by steady increasing the amount of weigjt the abbs have to deal with. And last but not least, some just have those epic abbs and some not really.
