Workout routines for skinny girls?

What are some good workouts for skinny girls. Do not want to lose weight. I want to tone up. Build muscle

Make sure you still do cardio, as it is healthy for you but not intensely ( like the accidental 11 Ks I did the other day...) ( Olympic bottom belt work out has toned up my legs amazingly, keep up your squats, ab workouts and make sure you lift!! Just because you are a girl doesn't mean you can't be strong.

cardio will make you lose weight. I have been a skinny girl my whole life and hated it! I hated not having any curves but I have successfully gained about 15 lbs over the past year by building muscle and doing heavy and quick exercises instead of cardio. cardio is for weight loss so do that as little as possible! I can give you some advice on what worked for me if you would like! good luck :)
