for hard gainers

via Android last year of high school, very athletic and strong but no size to show for it. I'm 6'3 160 and looking for different ways to fill out, whether its dieting or exercises I'm open to any help

hey im an ectomorph or "Hardgainer" too im 6 feet 145lbs just a bit of muscle just toned out so i know your pain lol you have to stick to heavy cardio and lift weights at the same time so your body fat % goes down as your muscle goes up .. itll make you look nice .. after that then go put on more size and repeat that way you dont look fat sometimes and fit other times
