Anyway for me to gain weight?

Healthy (just Pick one or combine them)
Whole milk add 2-3 liters a day
Rice add 1 portion to every meal in addition to the usual food
Mashed potatoes never tried it but gues it works
Nuts/but butter just eat as much you can :)

Medium healthy
Weight gainer.
Eat whole but calorie dense foods such as hotwings etc.

Unhealthy

 3 liters of chocolate milk a Day.
Sweets and junkfood. (Add one portion in in addition to your other meals)
