Situps, crunches, reverse crunches, elbow planks, planks, mountain climbers, russian twists etc.

To get a low fat percentage for the abs and get a nice but I recommend running. You need the right balance of calories. If you don't eat enough, you can't build muscle, if you eat too much you don't get the fat percentage low enough.
