I want to lose weight but it hard because I'm in school and I don't know how to cook those special diet meals. With my busy week I can't really workout. Help!
Try waking up earlier in the mornings to workout, instead of waking up at 7, wake up at 6 & use that hour to workout.
I know school is hard and a big priority but life in general isn't about having time, it's about making time.
Use that rule to guide you to your goals and don't look back.
