I'm an 19 year old 127 pound women and need help gaining some muscle. I have a gym and this app but I need more advice.
You have to eat enough carbs and protein and do strength workouts.
Stay in a positive nitrogen balance. As you weigh appox 130lbs you need to eat over 130 grams of protein daily to give your muscles the protein needed to grow, your body can only use a certain amount of it in each meal so this amount should be divided by 5 or 6 small meals per day... 25 ish grams per meal. Good luck and train hard!
