What are some workouts to burn the fat in my thighs?
Start running. Running will help you first burn fat in your thights. Change your diet: less sugar, less salt, huge quantities of veggies, fruits, smoothies, wholewheat cereals which will help you burn calories you eat. Proteins to help you build muscles: eggs (not fat-cooked!), white and red meat, legumes, milk. Stop with fried and fat foods, food cooked in lot of oil or butter, fat sauces, fat meats, prefer not cooked evo oil. Start finding new healthy foods and recipes you have never tried, discoveries will help your motivation.

And first, be motivate and train everyday. Find your motivation in which kind of person you want to be in your life. If you lose days of training, you'll lose your previous work. Especially your whole mental work. So you only have to find the courage to start, without excuses ;)
