Injured and recovering
i just hurt my knee while cycling and i think its going to take more than 2 weeks to completely recover. The knee joint has swelled up below the knee cap. I generally swim, gym and play football. Any advice s? Work outs? anyone else who is injured .?
Walk a bit for some days..do not run for some days...swim once ur pain is gone
