I am 16 years old, should I do weight lifting 3 times a week?

Yes just pace yourself and take it slow if you have difficulty lifting it off the bar dont do it without a spotter and be very careful you dont want to dome yourself with a dumbell trying to be superman

I lift 6kg per arm for 10times each arm and i do 4 repetitions

I don't know about whether you should or not, but you definitely can no problem. It is entirely up to you.

Honestly, health experts advise against it. But it's up to you.
If you're comfortable with it then go for it.
Don't push it.
Go with high reps, low weights rather than vice versa though.
