as everyone knows the secret to getting your perf body is setting goals. you kneed to at least set a begining and end date and a goal weight. what are some of your goals? work hard!

I am exercising everyday for it and I've been dieting so I think it'll work (I really hope so).

My goal is to build up more core strength and balance. I shifted from bulking up to more resistance training and using bodyweight strength training. I also added more cardio to try and add more stamina.

My goal is to lose 5 pounds and get more flexible and toned as I am a dancer so yeah what ur goals
