I already reached all of my goals, so now I'm just trying to stay healthy.
Getting more muscles and become even more flexible ( I am a cheerleader )
My goal is to build up more core strength and balance. I shifted from bulking up to more resistance training and using bodyweight strength training. I also added more cardio to try and add more stamina.
My goal is to lose 5 pounds and get more flexible and toned as I am a dancer so yeah what ur goals
