I'm new to this. Im just hoping to loose some weight quick cause its summer ya know? Anyone got any ideas on how I could possibly do that?

Hi and welcome ! Weight loss doesn't happen from one day to the other, its something you have to work hard to get by eating healthy and being active. And it will take some time.

Little things in your day to day habits like walking instead of taking the car short distances eat earlier like seven or eight nothing after that snacks in between meals so you won't be starving when it's time to eat cut back on certain meals like if you eat out all the time or whatever
