Crunchy frogs and push ups

Im unable keep balance. Cn someone tell me an easy way to do it.? And also i am unable to do push ups . Plz suggest me something which can help me do push ups and crunchy frogs. And exercise which cn help me get strong arms.

Look up 'boat pose'. It's a yoga pose. Keeping paving that and when you've got it you should be able to do crunchy frogs no probs. With the push ups start with wall push ups or push ups with your hands on a chair and your feet on the ground. When you've built up the strength move onto regular push ups

practice makes perfect! I didn't used to be able to do more than one pushup and I would just keep doing it everyday and now I can do 15 no sweat! just do as much as you can every day and you'll get better! :) good luck
