Im unable keep balance. Cn someone tell me an easy way to do it.? And also i am unable to do push ups . Plz suggest me something which can help me do push ups and crunchy frogs. And exercise which cn help me get strong arms.
practice makes perfect! I didn't used to be able to do more than one pushup and I would just keep doing it everyday and now I can do 15 no sweat! just do as much as you can every day and you'll get better! :) good luck
