Need help getting more muscle

Even though I already have a nice six pack and all that I need help getting even more ripped.
Anyone know any good workouts for getting ripped.

If you think you are up for the challenge I recommend doing the big 3 for any person who needs a bit more muscle which are Deadlift, Bench Press, and Squats. Do those at a moderation and you will be all set

Just eat more proteïn! ;) make a food schedule for uself.. that u know how many carbs/ 'nstuff u take!!

This is just a generality but eat as many grams of protein as you weight. for example: 100 pounds = 100 grams
also maybe try split training weight lifting workouts, I heard that people like arnold swartzenager used that type of routine. for example: 1 day back and chest- day 2 arms- day 3 legs and butt - day 4 abs or core

these are just things I've read about bodybuilding . :-)
