Of all of the different variations in people's sizes, shapes, weight metabolism & anatomy, it's hard to believe that you used the word "impossible." You should rethink that statement. Sorry.

Even if it is possible in some extreme cases, it's still really unhealthy.

It is possible depending on the intensity of someones work out routine & body. Please think before posting an ignorant comment. :)

To do this safely you have to be 100 ' of pounds overweight but looking at your picture this is really impossible unless you want to become ill or injured

I've lost 15lbs in 10 days. But than again, I take and sell the greatest products in the world. Total to date I'm down 55 lbs in 4 months
