Do box jumps...3-5 sets of 10-15 jumps. Increase the height a little every week (do this Monday-Wednesday-Friday) so 3x a week. After box jumps do calf raises 4 sets of 10-15 and add weight every week (if you don't have dumbbells use a weighted backpack)
