Advice for boyfriend?

I really enjoy his chest and abs, but his arms and more importantly legs are weak. Any suggestions or help?

Squats,lunges,wallsit and more like those things for legs and push ups ( diamond, tricep, wide, wall, dolphin ) pull ups, tricep dips thats all iknow at this moment

deadlifts, squats,pullups, clean and press the only real exercises you need to work the whole body

He just needs to focus on his weak points. He just needs to do less chest work and more leg and arm work. Like squats, deadlifts and I like dips and chinups fore arms, maybe some isolation movements if he fills like it.

If he is after a overall muscle size growth he should do 8-12 reps. If he wants to tone he should 12-15 reps focusing on his weaknesses while continuing to work on strengths. But also stretch the stronger muscles

Good advice Michel, any for me? Lol I'm a " sometimer" really need to shape up the arms and belly, still looking to loose about 25lbs as well
