What would be a healthy weight for a girl my age? I'm 16 and 5'7". I currently weigh 175 and hate it. I just want to be able to wear crop tops and feel confident
You should figure out what your bone size or frame size is.
Also, knowing what your body fat percentage is is helpful.
5'7 and 120? Nope 5'7 and 130 would be about perfect. Just depends if you carry it in your butt or stomach
Not sure you want to lose ALL those. But hey some squat jumps with 75lbs wouldn't hurt
Maybe just straight squat jumps. Any explosive thigh exercise will do. Lol you will get there you are a pretty girl
You got nice hips once you tone up a bit they will look amazing
