I just did a cardio and abs and core workout mixture .... I'm trying to figure out if I should eat a big lunch after, or a nice post workout snack
It doesnt matter that greatly.
What is most important is that over the whole day, you get what you need and from the right sources. After a workout ppl are usually hungry. So its wise to have a meal :-). What you should eat protein and carbs wise is determined by your goals and specific situation. Having a meal with enough carbs to fuell you back up and enough protein to help the body.
