I know I'm not overweight but I'm still insecure about my body. I go through changes mostly because of my age. I was underweight at one point and overweight at another. I'm at a healthy weight now. I would just like general tips for gaining abs and a toned butt from anyone willing to help. Thanks guys!

Thank you guys (: I mostly focus on my legs and core when I workout. I'll probably try some kind of squat challenge

I have been doing Jump Rope (ec) for 3 weeks and have seen a definite change in my booty lol. It really works even just once a day. But be warned that you have to warm up. I didn't warm up the other day before i did it and haven't been able to workout for 2 days as i really hurt my back. Good luck.

What kind of warmups do you do for jumprope?

Usually i don't! And i really injured myself the other day. But i think i found a good warmup for it. It is called stretchy time and it is 10mins.

P.s it will also help your abs if you keep them tight and release when you jump.
