Mostly chips. I had a Sonics cheat day today. Soda is gonna be the hardest to give up. And beer. That's a food right?

A beer or two in the sun is worth every second of mental uplift it will give...dont be so hard on yourself

Life is about moderation and bit of what you like is good for you MENTALLY!

So work hard and look forward to that chippy tea (or takeaway except McDonald's junk) on friday night when you finished working!

Good workout good food good treat good everything, if you loosing weight then same applies but keep calorie intakr down its simple to check..jotter n pen helps to log

Right now mainly bread and I'm working on sodas I drink a lot of water now

Yeah I pretty much cut bread out of my diet besides the morning toast. It's not that hard surprisingly.

I'm still having trouble resisting my normal 32 Oz a day tho... That caffeine.. That goodness....

Biscuits and gravy topped with shredded cheddar cheese. I only have it once or twice a year now... I MISS YOU BISCUITS AND GRAVY!!! lol

I didn't give up anything because that only makes me want to eat bad food more. Then i would definitely fail. Think carefully before giving anything up.

Well I think sometimes we have to give up some habits for our goal of fitness which includes giving up a food we like which is not good for our health

I'm a diabetic and when my sugar is high I feel thirsty and I usually can drink a whole carton of apple juice

Soda and chips were the hardest to cut out!  But for me It's been more about understanding nutrition and ingredients as a daily balance. Particularly balancing protein, carbs and healthy fat s. Down from 286 to 204 ...19 lbs to go :-)

Thx man, it's not easy. I miss my homemade loaded nachos with chili and cheese. But the sacrifice is rewarding!
