What is the dish or food item which you gave up for exercises
Mostly chips. I had a Sonics cheat day today. Soda is gonna be the hardest to give up. And beer. That's a food right?
Life is about moderation and bit of what you like is good for you MENTALLY!
So work hard and look forward to that chippy tea (or takeaway except McDonald's junk) on friday night when you finished working!

Biscuits and gravy topped with shredded cheddar cheese. I only have it once or twice a year now... I MISS YOU BISCUITS AND GRAVY!!! lol
