I have heard that when you have your period, you should not exercise too much. Do anyone have some experience with this?

I just think it's very uncomfortable. I just do yoga

There is no problam to workout when you have your period (a personal trainer told me)

Actually you should work out while you are on your period so that all your hormones stay in balance. So pretty much, working out = less mood swings

I just do stretches to ease my cramps but I honestly wouldn't do my full-on workout while on my period
