Any tips for beginners? (Meals, workouts, or anything really) I want the best for my body when I reach my goal :)

Eat clean. Diet is the most important part. Watch the documentary Hungry for Change on Netflix to get an idea of what the foods you eat now do for your body and what foods you should incorporate to help you clean out your body.
