Bmi 18.3

I've been working out for five days, eating a lot, actually skipped one day and my bmi is now 18.3... what do you think I should I do?

Thanks:-) I want to just have more stamina. Be a little stronger maybe get jus a little of six packs. I just love to workout. If anyone wants to share how they are working out? Go ahead:-) wanna hear every sigle one of you.

Start running its great for stamina..

During week days I do an hour of weights working on individual muscle groups.

Straight after I do cardio treadmil, epliptical cross etc

Then do a 45min class either spin or other class like insanity gonna give yoga a try.

I work on kick bag during day and some routines on this app then 2  evenings a week I do kickboxing.

Yes, yoga is great. I used to do it when I was little. Doing it again now. It helps you to focus and gain flexibility.

Just make sure you stay healthy! 18.3 I'm pretty sure is just on the cusp of underweight. But so long as you're not sick, keep doing what you're doing :)

I Wouldn't rely on the bmi for anything. Seriously flawed
