I haven't worked out in the longest time and have since then gained some weight, I'm pretty overweight and want to shed some fat before school starts, any tips on how to not overeat? My problem is that when I get bored or sad I eat and I am also not very motivated. Any workouts that you'd recommend, or any support would be great!!!
