I (unknowingly) went a month w/o eating candy & yesterday I got a craving for candy all I have are peppermints which aren't helping what are foods I could eat to replace candy?(I'm not a big fan of chocolate but love skittles & sour patch kids)

Grapefruits! They have a tangy/sour taste like Sour Patch Kids & it's a fat burning food!

Have you tried any healthy candy? I know that sounds weird but I buy these things called Gin Gins which are these chewey ginger candies. Ginger has a lot of health benefits and the candies are only 20 calories a piece. But forewarning straight up ginger can be intense which is why I get the spicy apple kind.

Never heard of gin gins but I like ginger so I'll give them a try
