I am 160 i am aiming 120 i am on a 1,500 cal diet aat excercizes should i do?
I walked an hour yesterday and jogged and i do cardio well im pretty tall idk if its a healthy weight
You could aim a lot at cardio but remenber results don't show at once. So keep ya head up and give ul

Use a BMI caulculator to find if you are a healthy weight or not for your height and The Survivor is a pretty tough full body workout. Results aren't imidiate and muscle weighs more then fat.
