Hey guys I just started to work my lower body and abs, and I'm working really hard, 5 days/week, and I'm wondering how much time I need to get the results
If by results you mean shredded abs, then that depends on how much body fat % you've got. The lower the percentage the ripped you'll look.
Or if by results you mean strength then you can have strong abs fairly quick. Like within a month. Have to work out hard though.
And give your abs a day or two to rest.
