I just downloaded this app and it's pretty good!
I actually don't want to lose weight because I'm happy with my weight, I'm just not happy with how my body looks.

My goal is to be fit/healthy and I really want nice ABS and a STRONG body, so I can feel confident about myself...

does anybody know what exercise(s) I can do to achieve my goal?
It would be lovely if you'd help me out!

What equipment do you have access to? What's your current fitness level? How are you eating? Sleeping? Are you staying hydrated?

To not lose your weight but getting abs out And muscle do this 3/4/5 Times a week 2 Min Full Plank Challenge 6 Hard Holding Moves 30 pushups And Crunches!:) Stay Moved Until You feel Done!Follow me if it helped! + The The A-Team Workout is the best!!

I don't have access to many things... and you can call me a beginner in fitness and sports

My lifestyle is pretty healthy ad I eat healthy too!

I just need to exercise, I guess...
