I just downloaded this app and it's pretty good!
I actually don't want to lose weight because I'm happy with my weight, I'm just not happy with how my body looks.
My goal is to be fit/healthy and I really want nice ABS and a STRONG body, so I can feel confident about myself...
does anybody know what exercise(s) I can do to achieve my goal?
