I'm someone that tries to eat healthy & hates healthy food.. I started grilling wheat bread, a chicken breast (skinless) and turkey bacon on the George Foreman, and make it into a fast lunch sandwich with few calories.
Depends on if your at home or on the go. If I'm at home, I always do a fresh veggie with lean hamburger or half a skinless chicken breast and a 1/2 brown rice or half a piece of wheat toast. When I'm on the go it tends to be a chicken wrap with doctored cottage cheese and some sort of a simple veggie like carrots.
My friend is super fit and eats 7 different veggies a day. She usually brings a moderate bag of carrots, celery, beets, cucumbers, basil, etc. Supplement with water and a small healthy side.
