I would like to become more flexible! Also, work out my legs and butt for some toned legs and bigger butt. Any suggestions?

Squats baby all I can say is squats ;)
 My goal us to get really strong. I whould like to break the 225 mark on Bech Press 315 mark on the squats and the 400 mark on the deadlift. (Everything is in pounds.) I hope I will be able to get there in the next 6-8m :)

My goals is to get a career and get my together to finally buy a mansion maybe somewhere in a   tropical island. Traveling the world sound awesome...

Omg ! That is my same goal... 30 ibs in 3 months ! any tips ? Id say decrease your calorie intake and workout 45-60 mins a day !

My goal is building muscles and toned it well , well body Fit and really my major dream is by getting 6 backs by any means neccessary . Good luck with your goals and keep your spirits up !!

Fast walking on the beach morning ,abdomine exercises, doing diet with citrus fruits back up and start fasting at all night till breakfast coming on the morning by eating Cereals and avoid sweets or you can eat just to a bit not till satisfied and avoid white breads and rices until your stomach stretched well ..I hope my tips heled well I lost like 8 kg by following this programe everyday ..

My goal is to complete Tough Mudder course and compete in a kickboxing tournament both around this time next year....

Even if it kills me trying to achieve it or during the events I WILL DO IT
