What is my goal? & what is yours?
I would like to become more flexible! Also, work out my legs and butt for some toned legs and bigger butt. Any suggestions?

Fast walking on the beach morning ,abdomine exercises, doing diet with citrus fruits back up and start fasting at all night till breakfast coming on the morning by eating Cereals and avoid sweets or you can eat just to a bit not till satisfied and avoid white breads and rices until your stomach stretched well ..I hope my tips heled well I lost like 8 kg by following this programe everyday ..
