Start one of the brazilian booty workout programs. They keep engaging your muscles in different ways so they're always working and getting better, not stagnating in a rut.

I suggest that you go find a personal trainer or find an online coach ( if you want a female try looking up chelsea lifts on youtube.)
Find one person with a training style you like and Stick with that persons advice. Don't try to mix different styles. Just Stick with one and you Will get results :)
I live by squats, lunges and deadlifts and you don't need to use a heavy weight to see results.
I've got a workout from my trainer and those are the exercises that are always there! Also jumping squats using a TRX is fantasic :)
I incorporate a lot of these exercises on leg day. I think it should help you.
Its not good to do samer exercises as you need to rest muscle groups,seems bit firey here,one good way is to lie on floor,clench your buttt
