Hey Juana (right?) If you want slight abs, then just do sit ups every day till you see them. Run a lot to for leg. (Or squats) Easy fruits and vegtiables, but don't eat too much. Drink water too. Water does make you heavier slightly for a short amount of time, but don't let that stop you.
