Hii People here! I'm new here, and my big goal is, to have a sixpack (but not too much) and muscels on my legs! Can anyone help me? Just for the first time.. and what should i eat? I want to make here friends too, do you want to be my friend?❤❤❤

Sureee everybody be friends hereeeeee :) if you want a six pack a) you should train abs everyday. Not just crunches, they're useless for a six pack. Go for V-ups, In and outs, Russian twists, Mountain climbers and hanged leg raises. Also go check my Lara Croft Workout in my created workout session :) you'd like it a lot I guess! Cheers :3 -Tony

Hey Juana (right?) If you want slight abs, then just do sit ups every day till you see them. Run a lot to for leg. (Or squats) Easy fruits and vegtiables, but don't eat too much. Drink water too. Water does make you heavier slightly for a short amount of time, but don't let that stop you.
