How many push ups you can do without stop if you are a fit person?

It depends on one's physical preparation and muscular endurance, it depends even on one's diet. You just have to push over your limits

101! Yeah BABY! I get stiff for a few hours, but I can touch my nose to the ground. (KEY : Fast/shake your arms a lot while you do them!)

It depends on your goal 😼 need explosive strength? Then keep low reps and improve the number of sets and the hight of the jump wit plyo push ups; need endurance? Then go for a hundred in a row; need mass? Then go with 8-12 reps and improve the number of sets
